Snow returned to parts of the South Wednesday as Winter Storm Kingston moved through with significant wind gusts and bitterly cold temperatures that will linger through Friday. Parts of North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and Virginia all got snow, and it caused deadly crashes in two states.
