National Hurricane Center Bumps Odds For 1 Of 2 Areas

After Humberto and Imelda, the tropics have not quieted down. We are continuing to monitor two areas in the Atlantic for tropical development. As of the most recent update from the National Hurricane Center, the odds have increased to a medium chance of development for a tropical wave coming off the coast of Africa. The other area is near Florida and could enhance the heavy rain and flood threat. Here’s the latest.
