More Than Rain In The Plain: See Raging Floods In Spain

Heavy, non-stop rain from what once was Hurricane Gabrielle has caused a flood emergency across parts of Spain. People across Valencia, Catalonia and Aragon have been warned to stay inside or move to higher ground as water, mud and debris inundate roads. Schools have been closed, trains delayed and flights canceled. The widespread flooding also impacted the popular tourist islands of Ibiza and Formentera.
