WHERE...Portions of central and southeast North Dakota. WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM CST /5 PM MST/ this evening. For the High Wind Watch, from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday afternoon. IMPACTS...There could be some damage to roofs, small outbuildings and signs. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Christmas decorations left unsecured outside will be blown around.
