Winds Fuel ‘Erratic’ California Gifford Fire, Causing Evacuations

In about three days, the Gifford Fire, burning in California’s Los Padres National Forest, has become the second-largest wildfire in the state this year, behind the Madre Fire that started in early July. Three people have been hurt and hundreds have had to leave their homes in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. Watch this video to see why.
