Thousands are battling the heart of flu season right now, including rock legend Ozzy Osbourne.

The 70-year-old rocker's wife, Sharon, gave an update on his condition Tuesday on "The Talk," reports Page Six.

"He's doing great," Osbourne said of her husband. "He's out of the ICU ... he's breathing on his own."

She also took to Twitter to thank his supporters:

Osbourne was hospitalized last week with complications due to the flu. Sharon Osbourne wrote on Twitter at the time that doctors believe "this is the best way to get him on a quicker road to recovery."

The United Kingdom and European leg of Osbourne's No More Tours2 tour was postponed until September because of doctors' orders.
