Celebrities; they're just like us. And now that the cold and flu season is in full force, even our stars are susceptible to sniffles and sneezes.

According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, there are millions of cases of common cold in the U.S. every year. Adults come down with an average of 2 to 3 colds annually, while for children, it can average around 9. Once sick, full recovery time is typically 7 to 10 days.

Here are some prevention tips anyone, even celebrities, can get behind: Exercise often, because it's easier to fight off an infection when you're healthy. Be sure to drink warm beverages and soup because they help clear out mucus. And of course, wash your hands regularly. If you have to sneeze, use a tissue or your arm, not your bare hands. Hand santizer doesn't hurt, either.

So if you're battling a cold, you're not alone. Here are some photos of our Hollywood elite mid-sneeze.
