AFFECTED AREA...Portions of southeast Georgia and southeast South Carolina. TIMING...From 8 AM to 8 PM EDT Saturday. WINDS...Northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts 30 to 40 mph. RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 to 25 percent. IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Follow all fire restrictions. One less spark, one less wildfire. A Red Flag Warning is issued when weather conditions will promote rapid spread of fire which may become life-threatening. This does not mean there is a fire. It is important to have multiple ways to receive information from authorities.
