In South Carolina, Allendale, Hampton, Inland Colleton, Dorchester, Inland Berkeley, Inland Jasper, Beaufort, Coastal Colleton, Charleston, Coastal Jasper, and Tidal Berkeley. TIMING...From Saturday morning through Saturday evening. WINDS...Northeast winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 to 25 percent. IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
