For the Gale Warning, northeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 5 to 8 ft expected. WHERE...The coastal waters from Ocracoke Inlet to Surf City. WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 8 PM this evening to 5 PM EDT Monday. For the Gale Warning, from 5 PM Monday to 8 AM EDT Tuesday. IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
