AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zones 314 Northern Campbell, 315 Southern Campbell, 316 Crook County Plains, 317 Weston County Plains, 318 Wyoming Black Hills, 319 Northern Black Hills, 320 Central Black Hills, 321 Southern Black Hills, 322 Fall River County Area, 323 Northern Foot Hills, 324 Eastern Foot Hills, 325 Custer County Plains, 326 Pine Ridge Area, 332 Badlands Area and 333 Bennett County Area. WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 8 percent. IMPACTS...The combination of gusty winds and low relative humidity will produce critical fire weather conditions. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... ...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS THROUGH SATURDAY FOR MUCH OF NORTHEASTERN WYOMING AND WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA... .Very poor RH recovery tonight for northeastern Wyoming, the Black Hills and foothills, and southwestern South Dakota. The Red Flag Warning remains in effect overnight through Saturday afternoon for these areas. Extremely warm conditions Saturday with highs pushing into the 80s and low 90s and humidity falling into the single digits, particularly along and south of I90. The Red Flag Warning has been extended into the Meade County plains, Haakon County, and south-central South Dakota. A cold front will move through Saturday evening with breezy northerly winds expected and rising RH.
