WINDS...West 15 to 25 MPH with gusts up to 40 MPH, switching to north this evening. RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 percent. IMPACTS...The combination of gusty winds, low relative humidity, and very warm temperatures will produce critical fire weather conditions. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly.
