AFFECTED AREA...Fisher, Nolan, Sterling, Coke, Runnels, Irion, Tom Green, Concho, Crockett, Schleicher, Sutton, Haskell, Throckmorton, Jones, Shackelford, Taylor, Callahan and Coleman. TIMING...From 10 AM this morning to 8 PM CDT this evening. WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. RELATIVE HUMIDITY...5 to 15 percent. IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now or will occur shortly. A combination of strong winds, low humidity and dry fuels will contribute to extreme fire behavior.
