WIND: West 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 30 to 40 mph today. West 20 to 25 mph with gusts of 50 to 55 mph Monday. HUMIDITY: As low as 12 percent. RH recovery will be fair to poor tonight. TEMPERATURES: Highs in the low to mid 70s. Lows in the middle to upper 40s. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
