IMPACTS...At 10.5 feet, Flooding occurs along the Sandusky River near Route 53 north of U.S. 224. Flood waters will also cause Township Road 131 to become impassable. In town Water Street, Front Street, and Davis Street are inundated. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 6.0 feet Tuesday evening. - Flood stage is 9.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 10.1 feet on 02/26/1975. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.
