For the Gale Watch, seas 11 to 16 ft at 12 seconds and south winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt possible. WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon OR out 10 NM and Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon OR from 10 to 60 NM. WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM PDT Monday. Gale Watch, from late Monday night through Tuesday evening. IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
