WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and seas 3 to 5 ft. For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce visibility to 1/4 NM or less. WHERE...Coastal waters from Sandy Hook to Manasquan Inlet NJ out 20 nm. WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM EDT Saturday. For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 6 PM EDT this evening. IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation difficult. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
