PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Follow all fire restrictions. One less spark, one less wildfire. A Red Flag Warning is issued when weather conditions will promote rapid spread of fire which may become life-threatening. This does not mean there is a fire.
