WINDS...For the warning, south to southwest 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. For the watch, north 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. RELATIVE HUMIDITY...For the warning, as low as 4 percent. For the watch, as low as 10 percent. TEMPERATURES...For the warning, in the mid to upper 90s. For the watch, in the mid 70s to 80s.
