For the Gale Warning, south winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 7 to 12 ft at 6 seconds expected. WHERE...All of the southern Oregon waters north of Cape Blanco. WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM PDT early this morning. For the Gale Warning, from 3 AM to 8 PM PDT Tuesday. IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are expected.
