...SURGES IN NORTH FACING HARBORS THROUGH TUESDAY... A north northeast swell (20 degrees) will hold through Tuesday. This swell will produce surges in north facing harbors, including Hilo and Kahului harbors and breaking waves near harbor entrances. Mariners using these harbors should exercise caution when entering or leaving port and when mooring or launching vessels.
