The National Weather Service in Lubbock has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from noon to 8 PM CDT Saturday. A Fire Weather Watch has also been issued for Sunday morning through Sunday evening. Wind...For Saturday, south-southwest at 10 to 20 mph. For Sunday, west at 15 to 20 mph during the morning, becoming northeast at 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph during the afternoon. Humidity...As low as 5 percent on both Saturday and Sunday.
