Winds will slowly diminish through the evening hours with lighter westerly flow persisting across the area; diurnal flows forecast in the Black Hills and foothills. Very poor overnight recovery is expected tonight: around 30 to 40 percent in the Black Hills and foothills with 40 to 55 percent elsewhere. Critical fire weather conditions are likely again Friday and Saturday.
