WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, east winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and seas 4 to 6 ft. For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce visibility to 1 NM or less. WHERE...Coastal waters from Sandy Hook to Manasquan Inlet NJ out 20 nm. WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM EDT Friday. For the Dense Fog Advisory, from 6 AM to 6 PM EDT Friday.
