Description

Heavy snowfall possible Wednesday. Locations: Portions of central Saskatchewan and southwestern Manitoba, including Riding Mountain National Park. Potential snowfall: 10 to 15 cm or more (with greater accumulations possible over higher terrain). Time span: Tuesday overnight through Wednesday night, possibly extending into Thursday morning. Remarks: A developing low pressure system will bring accumulating snowfall to the region starting Wednesday morning and continuing through Wednesday evening and overnight. The exact location of heaviest snow remains uncertain, but significant accumulations are likely in some areas. Impacts: Snow accumulation may make travel slow or hazardous. Roads and walkways could become slippery and difficult to navigate.
