WHERE...Nearshore Waters from Sheboygan to Winthrop Harbor IL. WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 PM CDT this afternoon. For the Gale Warning, from 5 PM CDT this afternoon until 5 AM CDT Friday. IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
