At 19.0 feet, Water begins to flow onto the North Shore Riverwalk between the stadiums. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 AM EDT Friday the stage was 17.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.4 feet tomorrow morning. - Action stage is 18.0 feet. - Flood stage is 22.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
