This is falling as a mix of freezing rain, sleet, rain, and perhaps snow. Some roads are likely to become icy in parts of eastern upper and far northern lower Michigan early this morning. Mixed precipitation is expected to diminish and end over eastern upper Michigan this morning. Over far northern lower Michigan, warming temperatures will change precipitation to plain rain by late morning. Travelers could encounter icy roads in parts of northern Michigan this morning. Slow down, and allow extra time to reach your destination.
